[WriteLog] Removal of ANARTS Module

I installed the 2 updates that were on Bernd's website.  

While in Control Panel (Add/Remove) I noticed that there 
was a file labeled "NSIS ANARTS (remove only)".  Since 
ANARTS is no longer a contest, am I correct to assume 
that I can remove this module and it will no longer appear 
in Writelog's list of contests as a choice?  If it is a part of 
the new modules, then I'll leave it alone.  Suggestions?
