[WriteLog] Dueling CQ Stopped Working

Using the latest version of WL. F4/F2 in the keyboard focus window works to
send call/exchange, but pressing F1 in the keyboard focus window doesn't
start a CQ there. The CQ stays in the transmit window.

 

Any suggestions?
