[WriteLog] Lost log file -- Advice?

If only one of the PCs had been used to log any QSOs at the time of
the power outage, and if that machine had done a File/Save before
the outage, then the description is of normal, successful behavior.

WriteLog only journals QSOs on the PC that logged them.
The others only get on-disk copies when a File/Save is done there.
The journal (on a machine) is deleted when a File/Save is done (on 
that machine)
