[WriteLog] Keyboard Assignment

Setting these keyboards to the up and down arrow it is a little odd how 
it works.  You have to click on add the shortcut prior to saying OK.  It 
then clears the field and adds it in the list.  I haven't messed with 
this in quite a lot and took a few tries to get it to work.

Normally the up and down work inside the log window so you might want to 
make those some other keys.
