The up and down arrows don't work for me in V11.01 either, but then I've 
never tried them in other versions.  I always use Page Up and Page Down to 
change speeds.  I think this must be embedded in the WL code as there are no

keyboard shortcuts assigned to either Page Up or Page Down.  If you want to 
use the up and down arrows you can create the Keyboard Shortcuts or edit the

ini file directly.  The commands would go in the [KeyboardShortcuts] section

at the end of your ini file.

Ext_UP=CWFaster
Ext_DOWN=CWSlower
