[WriteLog] Frustrated

Hello,

Thank you for your help with the mono wav files.  I have writelog working and am comfortable with it with the total exception of rig control. 

 I have an Icom 746Pro and Rigtalk CAT CIV.  I have setup the ports (verified my com), set freq mode, verified the default setting CIV setting on my ICOM, checked  the right end of the RigTalk cable is plugged into the radio and USB, DVT to windows sound card, PTT to yes and also No, baud to default  I have Winows 7, 64 bit.

 When I hit F2 I heard my audio from my PC but the rig does not transmit????


Any ideas??
