[WriteLog] PACKET CLUSTER PROBLEM

Well, I haven't had any response to my question on the packet cluster problem I was having with Writelog 11.01F, so I started pointing & clicking and finally was able to log into a dx spotting network.  But, nothing is showing up in the Band Map.  So, my problem is still a problem.  Would anybody happen to have a suggestion of where I should look to resolve the problem?  

any assistance will be appreciated.
