Set the "Ports" dialog to "None" before you select Options | Set-up | Tx
on the "RTTY Control Panel".  Selecting "none" will release the port so
MMTTY/XMMT.ocx can use it for FSK and PTT.

Going the other way - if you want Rttyrite to generate FSK instead of
MMTTY/XMMT.ocx - select "Options | Set-up | Tx" and set the FSK & PTT
port to None, "*then* select your port in Rttyrite's Ports menu.
