[WriteLog] 11.11C & XMMT

Not to belabor the point, but I noticed immediately upon using 11.11 
that the text was now paced like normally expected when using mmtty.

Just to be fair, I just switched to 2Tone as primary and the text is 
still paced nicely with the print, audio and PTT.

Interesting.
