[WriteLog] Writelog and Microham PTT Delay with WinKey

I agree Joe, I'm not sure why it makes a difference either.

I wasn't sure if it was a Writelog setup issue or a MKII or a MK2R+ (I
have both units, the MK2R+ replaced the MKII today) setup issue.

For testing purposes I installed another very popular free ware logging
program and the delay issue was not present. So that told me that the
Micoham hardware/router was not the issue.

So back to Writelog. I just started messing around with settings and
nothing would solve the delay problem I didn't expect an adjustment in
the CW PTT Tab to solve the problem since I do not have COM PTT selected
that is associated with the line for my K3.

I made the adjustment in the CW PTT anyways and it fixed the problem.
Not sure why, but at this point I really don't care, it works.
