[WriteLog] Writelog and Microham PTT Delay with WinKey

This same issue has come up before.  Before a contest, I always go to the PTT tab then select one of the buttons to enable the Apply button.  It is something to do with WriteLog - others have noticed it also in the past (using a Navigator interface).
