[WriteLog] CTY-2302 Country Files - 22 February 2013

Randy,

When you run the Convert CTY utility the wl_cty.dat is placed in
C:\ProgramData\WriteLog. At least that's where it's at on my Vista system.
I have WL installed in Program Files. The new prefixes appear to be scoring
correctly for me. Z6/S52DD won't count correctly in ARRL DX because Z6 is
not yet recognized by the DXCC desk. It isn't recognized there because the
ITU hasn't approved it as a country yet and until that happens it won't be
approved for DXCC.

73,
Gary AL9A
