[WriteLog] Creating a Cabrillo lob file for ARI contest

If you used WriteLog for the ARI International DX contest this weekend, you will notice the Cabrillo option is grayed out. You can
use ADIF2CABR by Marek, SP7DQR, to create the correct Cabrillo file.
