Gary

What interface are you using for the radio switching control? Not using
any SO2R controller, using separate sound cards and MMTTY plugins.

Do you use band pass filters? NO,, only stub filters that I connect by
hand only. I was running 15 and S & P on 20 or vice versa only during
Volta Contest. I see or hear O RF energy in the either radio receiver.

I'm assuming your S&P radio is on a different band than the K3. Yes,, PRO II

What about antenna separation? Antennas are 50' apart on different
towers,, 3 element Steppir and Mosley TA33

I get the Fault error only after I have stopped transmitting on the PRO
II and enter the qso in log and switch focus to radio a,, Then fault
occurs when I push Fkey and start to transmitting on K3/KPA500. I can
run all day on K3/KPA500 and never get the fault.

but if the fault message is "PWRIN HI" it seems to me that too much RF,,
Yes I agree but why would this happen only after a log entry on radio b.
Like there is something not closing all the way in the switching process,

Thanks
