[WriteLog] ICOM 7600 WL bandmap zerobeating

Everyone listens to different frequency's and the spot is where they 
might be listening. Somewhere between 500 and 700 is the tone most 
like.  There are adjustments on some radio's but spotting is pretty 
subjective on CW.
