Due to my lack of prior experience in publishing documents for wide dissemination I never thought about the document format.  One WL user has already commented that he cannot open the .docx file with Word 2000 and asked for a copy in the older .doc format.  Before I could do that however Jim AD1C chimed in and suggested making the document into a pdf format file.  Duh!  The pdf version is now available at the following link:

Due to several recent inquiries I have just created a MS Word document that details how to create a prefill adi file for use by WriteLog.  The document discusses data sources and how to manipulate that data into a usable format with many examples and the hopefully clear steps I take to make such a file.
