[WriteLog] Problem with RTTY XMIT

Are you using FSK or AFSK?
If FSK do you have a transistor "level converter" connected from the
RTS pin of the FSK port to the transceiver's PTT input?
If AFSK, have you enabled "All mode PTT" using the CAT port, CW port
or WinKey?
