[WriteLog] 2Tone version problems

This is not a Writelog problem.
Same problem here with 2Tone versions later than 13.04a also with 
DXLab/Winwarbler under Win XP SP3.
However, newer 2Tone versions work on my laptop, which also runs XP SP3.
So it must be something else in the operating environment.
