[WriteLog] Elecraft K3 function keys / macros for WriteLog

Ed,

With Windows 7, I think you need to place your commands in the 
Writelog.ini file that is in

c:\User\yourname\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Windows\writelog.ini

I think the file in c:\windows\ is never used
