Frank,
Gary is correct. I ordered WL ver11.23L Oct 25th 2014. With the same
date/time stamp I received 3 emails. 1st confirmed my PayPal payment, 2nd
was a confirmation, with the long "Order" number, the 3rd gave me the
download location, and at the end was the "Registration" number (13
characters). Hope you didn't delete that old email, if you got some. Good
luck.

Frank,

Since you "...bought and downloaded the latest version of WriteLog
online..." you must have gotten a email containing a link to the download
location. When I renewed my WriteLog license last September I got a email
that informed me the download link would expire after 120 hours or 5
attempts to download, whichever happened first.

If you too received such an email go back and look at it again. Down near
the bottom of the note it says: "Here is your registration key for WriteLog
Full V11.22" (yours may now say V11.23). Following this line is the
registration key, mine is 13 characters long, a combination of upper and
lower case letters and numbers. Hopefully you still have this email to
check again. My order confirmation did not contain a invoice number.

Subject: [WriteLog] Serial number problem with the install program

As a long time RTTY contester and Writelog user I am very unhappy

This is my second e-mail (to Writelog support) in the last three days asking
for help.

I am a long time Writelog user who just upgraded to a Windows 7 system and
bought an downloaded the latest version of Writelog online but I am unable
to install it as I cannot get it to accept the very long serial number. In
fact I am not sure I have received a serial number as it is called an
invoice number. I can't click and paste it and when I try to enter it
manually the install program will accept only about half of the long string
of letters. I have tried that 5 or 6 time with no luck.
The install program stops accepting input half way though the string of
letters and number.

Please provide me with a serial number or an alternate install method.

P.S. if I have no response by Thursday mid day east coast time I will send
this request to the reflector.
