[WriteLog] WL/MK2 TX hang-up using MTTY

It's not CW PTT= NO ... it's COMM PTT in the WinKey Ports Set-up.
This has been documented in the configuration examples for all
microHAM interfaces *for years*.  Sometimes I wonder if it is
worth the effort to generate and document those configurations.
