[WriteLog] FSK RTTY with K3/0 Mini and Remote Rig interface

It took a while but I finally got my K3/0 Mini and Remote Rig interface to
work FSK RTTY using Writelog.  I was having a problem with Writelog taking
10 or more seconds to display frequency and/or mode changes, and the PTT
was hanging the K3 in transmit.
