[WriteLog] How to disable mouse scroll wheel?

Don,

Mouse_Wheel=10Hz is the default ... it behaves that way if there is
no Mouse_Wheel directive.

With the K3 the Mouse wheel will move VFO A (receiver) and leave
the K3 in split if split is engaged.

I suspect you are seeing the effect of setting IcomForceSplit=2 in
Writelog.ini  From the Writelog Manual [RIGS] section:
