[WriteLog] WL DVK w/ Rigblaster Pro revised

Hi Rich,

Those settings will disable the DVK and WinKeyer.  I added the WinKeyer in order to get around corrupted Morse that was generated by the PC.

I selected the COM numbers for Rigblaster (COM6) and WinKeyer (COM7) in WRITELOG.INI.

Comm PTT is related to rig control.  I'm not using rig control (no rigs are selected).  Anyway, changing to NO doesn't "take" -- it gets changed back to YES.
