[WriteLog] Russian DX Contest Scoring Error

Thanks Randy.  I have received one other report from a big gun who is also
having the problem I reported.  Are there any others that can share their
experience?

Does anyone have any recommendations on how to troubleshoot this?

I am using 11.19D and it is scoring Eu Russia correctly. Must be something
in your config.
