[WriteLog] MK2R+ and Writelog 11.18c

Use 2 channel, 16 bit, 48000 (DVD Quality) and set MMTTY to 12000 Hz
sample rate.  There are some issues with sample rate in Windows and
48000/12000 is more accurate.

This is critical for nearly every USB sound card.  Windows tends to
see these devices as "headsets" and the input as a mono microphone.
While that is fine for the DVK sound card in MK2R+ (USB Voice CODEC),
it obviously causes problems for a stereo audio device like USB Audio
CODEC.

Select the soundcard on the "Soundcard" tab in MMTTY set-up.  Then
select only left or right channel on the MISC tab.  If you want to
know the device ID, look at the window displayed when you click the
"Sound Card" button on the Audio Switching tab in microHAM Router.
The appropriate number will be shown in the WaveOut and waveIn boxes.

win 7/8 are no more challenging than XP unless one cuts corners.
Further, since Windows 7/8 do not allow applications direct access
to the sound card hardware, it offers some assurance that other
applications will not change settings once everything is set-up.
