[WriteLog] Mults in DXpedition mode

It would be nice if the multipliers in DXpedition mode were counted by
band, instead of only once.  I am operating the ARRL Centennial QSO
Party this week as W1AW/0 (CO) and could not figure out why I had only
one multiplier on 40, given that I've worked at least four countries
(K, VE, JA and VK).  Then it finally dawned on me that VK was the only
all-time new one, and it was on that band, so 1 multiplier on 40 made
sense.
