Hi Bob,

I forgot to update my country file also :-).  I was only operating
casually anyway.

I exited WriteLog, then ran the "Convert CTY to WriteLog" program to
download and convert the latest country file.  Then I simply
re-started WriteLog.  Usually at this point, I would have to go to the
Contest menu, then choose "Recalculate Score".  However, WriteLog had
automatically determined the correct country for my TO2A QSO.

So I do not believe you need to edit anything in WriteLog, just follow
the steps above, and let WriteLog work its magic.
