My definition of "assistance" is fairly narrow.  


I define assistance as any "INFORMATION from outside which identifies the call/QRG of other stations in the contest which I did not personally locate and copy on the air".




That definition includes spots, skimmers, SCP data and other prefill material not developed from MY on-the-air efforts.
