[WriteLog] Misouri (MO) QSO Party Templete Problem

Joe,

Also running V11.25C here, but on a Vista machine.  The MO QSO Party module 
opened just fine for me.  I tried it as an out of state entry and an in 
state entry.  Both methods worked without crashing.

BTW, is AK considered a state for this contest or DX?  Haven't read the 
rules so not sure of how I would set it up.

Everytime I try to open (new) the Missouri QSO Party Template I get an
ERROR.
Writelog Crashes.
Writelog work fine on my machine.  Windows 8.1 64 Bit.
This is the first time I have tried open the modulate since the Upgrade to
v.11.25C.

Anyone else have a problem??
