[WriteLog] Misouri (MO) QSO Party Templete Problem

Everytime I try to open (new) the Missouri QSO Party Template I get an
ERROR.
Writelog Crashes.
Writelog work fine on my machine.  Windows 8.1 64 Bit.
This is the first time I have tried open the modulate since the Upgrade to
v.11.25C.

Anyone else have a problem??
