[WriteLog] Band maps not working

Thanks Randy, the problem discovered was that somehow, "Log the frequency
of QSO's" got changed to Manual instead of the rigs on the 2 comm ports.
I don't remember ever changing it so something changed it, possibly a
Windows update, not certain.  Problem resolved, thank you.
