[WriteLog] CQP rules change and Cabrillo bug

The rules for the California QSO Party changed this year to eliminate 6 and 2 meters. WriteLog still has both bands showing in the band summary window which makes the window taller than it needs to be in order to see all bands and the totals at the bottom. Previewing spots on a different band in the Packet Spots window also requires scrolling through a larger list of options.

I tried to adjust the WL band set-up but didn't see an easy way of removing band/modes without clearing the bands and starting from scratch. Adding new bands is easy but not removing them.

The Cabrillo file that was created after selecting Multi-Multi from the dropdown menu was rejected by the CQP robot. It had the following line:

CATEGORY-OPERATOR: MULTI-MULTI

instead of

CATEGORY-OPERATOR: MULTI-OP

The CATEGORY-TRANSMITTER was correctly emitted as UNLIMITED.

Just wanted to report these issues so that they can get fixed before next year's CQP.
