[WriteLog] Problem installing dual run mode add on.

Dean

I did try installation with administrator privileges but it made no
difference to the outcome.  My W10 machine is a very recent installation.
I don't know how to check the version level of the .net framework though I
suspect it is up to date.  I will check further.
