[WriteLog] Converting N1MM+ call history file to WL

The WriteLog Help file explains this.  Search on Friend and look in the CW
and RTTY Messages page at the %H parameter.  You'll need to take a copy of
your friend.ini file and add "=GO PVRC" after each name you want that to be
sent to.  It is just a text file you can edit with any text editor.  Then,
put %H in your exchange message wherever you want "GO PVRC" sent.

I meant FRIEND.INI and what I want to do is slightly different than the 
common use of this file.

I want to send "Go PVRC" at either the beginning or the end of the 
exchange to everyone listed (PVRC members). That's it.
