[WriteLog] MICRO KEYER WITH WRITELOG AND MMTTY

Up until a few months ago I was still using XP Pro with Writelog v11 and a
MicroHAM DigiKeyer II on RTTY with no issues on one of my computers.  I
finally upgraded it to Windows 7 however I don't think that his issues are
related to the operating system.

Windows XP is an abandoned operating system like DOS or CP/M.  It is no
longer supported by microHAM.  I do not know if the current versions of
WriteLog will even work with Windows XP.
