[WriteLog] MICRO KEYER WITH WRITELOG AND MMTTY

For the record, this user has an original microKEYER which does not
contain a sound card.  Thus Windows will not show a microHAM sound
card <G>!  Again, reference to the set-up example for WirteLog and
the correct microHAM product would have provided the necessary info.
