[WriteLog] another problem

hey Shelby, I can move it with no problem. Problem is that the SCP 
window and the QSO ENTRY are combined .... only one is visible at a 
time... small tabs are below the window and you select which one you 
want visible... SCP or QSO ENTRY... totally undesirable ... I can find 
no way to change this behavior... Cort
