[WriteLog] USB to Serial 232

Gary, there are a lot of cables out there.  Most of them work.  Here is
what I am using:

There are several guys in my radio club use this cable.  4 ports off of one
USB port.  uses the FTDI chip

If you don't need 4 ports, then here is one that I have been using.  It is
a 2 port off of one USB port.  It also  uses the FTDI chip
