[WriteLog] Rigexpert TI-8 issue

sometimes just when you think you have hit the bottom of the tower, the 
miraculous happens.

spent 3 hours visiting my son, taking him out to dinner and getting 
things for dinner tomorrow.

came home, did a test transmission with MMTTY on my 480sat into a dummy 
load. all was well.

Fired up Writelog, tested it and got a boat load of port not available 
messages.  Thought it might be time to re-boot this laptop. This laptop 
takes about 30 minutes to fully reboot.

Fired up Writelog. Now the darn thing is working just like it 
should...nice diddles and full FSK.

note to self.  if you use MMTTY for general communications, you need to 
reboot the computer before running Writelog if they are set up the exact 
same way.

A review. Rigexpert TI-8 Virtual Ports...

CAT = Com2

PTT = Com7

FSK = Com9

no EXTFSK or anything.
