[WriteLog] Packet Spot Window Help

I'm getting spots in the packet spot window, but I can't move the window out
of the Writelog log window. I can move all other open windows, but not the
packet spot window. Any suggestions? I've tried changing the X and Y
parameters in Writelog.ini to no avail.
