[WriteLog] Packet Spot Window

I've reloaded Writelog 12.10 and rebooted Win10 and the Packet Spot window
still won't let me move it. When I click on other windows in WL12.10 the top
bar changes color and I can drag them with a mouse, but not the Packet Spot
window. I've edited Writelog.ini to put in Y and X parameters to no avail. 

 

Any suggestions?
