[WriteLog] Call in Rttyrite

This command needs to be in the [Configuration] section of the .ini file. I
just tested it and it works.

I could not find this in the Help file or Help PDF file.

If your running Version 12 then add calls to the 'CallsThatAreMe' parameter
in the ini file.

CallsThatAreMe=K0TI,WT0O,K0FVF
