Hi Folks,

WriteLog version 12.13 is a free upgrade for anyone who has purchased the full version of WriteLog since Jan 2016.

New in version 12.13 since 12.12: 

* 10 minute rule calculations take only clock minute logged into account, not seconds

IMPORTANT INFO:

NAQP: The upgrade kits do not update the necessary files for the NAQP rules change. 
You must use File/Web-Update-Data-Files to get the changed multiplier support.

If you are a NAQP multi-2 operator then you should certainly upgrade to version 12.13 prior to the contest.  
Others may upgrade at their leisure.
