[WriteLog] PTT with SO2R FSK tx both radioes

Follow the example configuration for WriteLog and MK II available in
Router and in the support area of the microHAM web site.  PTT should
occur only on the FSK port via XMMT.ocx.  *DO NOT* enable WinKey on
either MK II if you are using two MK II (or in WriteLog).
