[WriteLog] WRITELOG and WSJT

I'm primarily a VHF and up Op... but I play around on 20M FT8.

I should mention that there is a second operating position in my shack 
that uses a YCCC SO2R box with Writelog. That also functions with VSPE 
to work with WSJT-X.
