[WriteLog] Bandmap Fails after "April Update" to Windows 10 Pro

Reinstall the latest WriteLog update you have and it should fix it. It's a
common problem.

Just upgraded the station's Windows 10 Pro computer with what's called the
"April Update" of Windows 10 (the one with Timeline, etc)

Now the WriteLog (latest Version 12.27C)  BandMap has failed.  Worked fine
before the Windows update.

Specifically, the BandMap window comes up with the header on top but the
rest of the window is entirely blank in a light gray color with no
frequencies or spots displayed. Yes, CAT control is on and working.

Help, don't know what to do about this one.
