[WriteLog] K3 steady keying

I just started WriteLog. This is a new setup. Full paid version.
As soon as I enable the com port and hit apply, the radio goes into a 
steady keying state. I know it is something simple.... The radio and 
WriteLog are new to me...

FYI, N1MM works just fine.
