[WriteLog] Microsoft failed to update win10 october version

Any particular .dll file(s) ?  Seems I am OK even the October update was
done when released.

If you running windows 10 october update, it deletes your writelog dll
files.
I saw report in news from Windows/ microsoft today!!

They stopped now to let you download and run update till they fixed the
issue.

If you ran it, you must install 12.32K full install again!!
