[WriteLog] WW Digi Test Session

In the test session today, my Band Summary window shows 32 Q's but my log shows 53 Q's, all with grid squares and no dupes.  Any ideas what's going on or what I'm doing wrong?
Also, I got called by one station who did not give a grid square, just a signal report.  Obviously I DigiRite would not log him, rightfully so, but how do we handle contacts like these?
